What is unique about the Transformation Edge Business Coach Institute Business Coaching Certificate Program?
The Business and Professional Coaching Certificate Program is the only ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) in North Carolina led by a Master Certified Coach, and a faculty of credentialed coaches with executive, clinical, and professional experience as well as leadership and organization development background. The visiting faculty and coaches are accomplished, success professional coaches with thriving passions.
The program is theoretical and practical. Participants study the principles and models of coaching and develop coaching proficiency during the monthly workshops. Participants will also start their own coaching practice early in the program by recruiting three to five clients to coach between the monthly meetings. The cohort will be diverse in experience, gender, and ethnicity.
What is the structure of this 21-day program?
Participants will meet 8:30am-5:00pm for one weekend per month. The duration of the program is 10 months to allow for dynamic, intentionally-spaced learning that follows adult learning theory. In addition to these meetings, participants will practice coaching, work with a professional coach, and complete a course project.
